Don’t use @mindbody if you want any of your customer service issues to be taken care of. I have had issues since I began in December and this particular issue has been going on since January, no resolution.
@TheFabulousOne@mindbody In a small business staff time is one of the most valuable and precious assets. @mindbody treats this absolutely recklessly and with contempt. They have zero accountability and zero Drive to actually get things finished. It is shown in all levels of their organization.

Mindbody has been absolutely impossible to work with. Their platforms crash on a regular basis.
Another case of a client dealing with the mind numbing bureaucracy of @mindbody support. They bring bureaucracy to new levels that would make even the post office blush.
@mindbody Our class sign-up link is not working for the last 10-12 days. We contacted the MB support team through phone/email. They are simply replying that this is a bug and it will take some time to fix it. They even didn't mention any last date to resolve the issue.
Ouch!!!! A small business that runs on @mindbody can’t get basic support to help charge for her classes. You know things must be bad if she has to turn to Twitter to try and actually charge for classes.
@mindbody I've had my classes showing FREE on the app for over a week. I keep getting the run around. Can you run a business when your classes keep saying FREE?!!! what am I even paying for monthly if I can't get anyone to help me. After 7 yrs I think I deserve better
Please don’t use @mindbody small businesses . There are other options . When I started so many ppl told me not to use them . And boom 🤯 this is why. One lady told me I was in contract for 3 years . Which was a lie!
