Do you think Chris Mason needs to set out a timetable for his departure from the BBC because he is not impartial and his political biased is of the charts?🤔
Repost after voting please.
Who would be the best Prime Minister of the UK?
Don’t forget to retweet far and wide please.
Oh, I’ve left off Wes Streeting. He has no chance in any case, the wet wimp, but have included Darren Jones, a potential strong contender.
Please add an alternative if you wish.
“Give Me a Band and My Baby”
From My Sister Eileen (1955) is real joy and creativity in motion.
Choreographed by Bob Fosse; sung and danced by Fosse himself alongside Janet Leigh, Betty Garrett, and Tommy Rall, it’s the result of weeks of intense rehearsal - and it shows.
If you’ve seen the Fosse–Rall duet “The Alley Dance” I shared before, you’ll recognize that same electric precision and playful rivalry, but here it opens up into something bigger in a gazebo.
Four performers, four distinct styles: Fosse’s sharp control, Leigh’s effortless charm, Garrett’s comedic flair, and Rall’s explosive athleticism.

Gene Kelly’s “newspaper dance” in Summer Stock (1950) absolutely mesmerized me.
He has this rare ability to dance with anything - or anyone - and make it feel alive. A squeaking floor, a sheet of newspaper… in his hands or under his feet become partners.
The staging is so simple it’s almost daring: an almost empty space washed in soft pink light that perfectly harmonizes with his costume and mood. And then there’s “You Wonderful You,” unfolding in step with him: starting tentative, almost shy, and building into something joyous and exuberant.
The whole scene feels like watching creativity itself take shape in real time.
