@afro_omics Not to mention, if this goes forward, it would be an almost comically stupid move/timing by the university that highlights that many of the positions in that agreement are paid below a living wage while a new agreement is being negotiated

@afro_omics There is a clear difference of those job descriptions in the collective agreement (https://t.co/8vshvH31uX), so in my (irrelevant) opinion, there is no wiggle room to downgrade anyone unless they don't meet the criteria to be a TA (i.e. direct interaction with students)
