Day 6 of Building in Public @kurate_finance, euro stablecoin credit layer on Solana 🇪🇺

Quiet day, mostly writing and thinking.

> Updated the homepage copy
> Started the institutional page: the API and the strategies we'll open to institutions
> Spent time on how we actually communicate

Every consumer protocol I've worked on had the same playbook: post daily, memes, reply to everyone.

We're building for European institutions. That playbook doesn't apply.

The one angle that works onchain and stays true to what we do is euromaxxing. So we're leaning into that, plus visuals that look like the product we're building.

Day 5 of building in public for @colosseum hackathon 🏛️

Just submitted our first weekly video for @kurate_finance

Why we're building it: as Europeans in Web3, we earn in stablecoins but live in euros. And there's almost no credit market for EURC.

This week we built our first market on @kamino. Launching next week 🇪🇺

Week one of the hackathon is done. Most teams are deep in the build phase, and the UI is where it gets hard.

Finding a designer mid-hackathon is tough. Shipping AI slop is easy.

So for the past 6 months I've been building an onchain UI kit for every Solana use case. Today I'm sharing it 🧵

Day 4 of Building In Public @kurate_finance 🇪🇺

The staging market did its job. The real one is out.

> Real market deployed with the parameters we set yesterday
> Website now runs on live onchain data, no more mock numbers
> App in progress: supply, borrow and repay straight from the interface

Going from "it looks like a protocol" to "it is one" happens exactly here.

Today was about learning the hard part before touching real money.
> Deployed a staging market on @kamino : live onchain but unlisted, so we can break things without anyone finding them
> Went through the docs until the oracle system actually clicked
> Prepared the real market: LTV ratios, caps, TVL targets and the strategy behind them

Also joined the @SuperteamNL call to kick off the @colosseum hackathon. 4 weeks, starting for real.
