The right model is not "organize first, then ask."
It is: capture everything. Manage almost nothing.
🧩Web pages, 🎙️meetings, 📚PDFs and 📂local files.
Captured automatically.
Indexed locally.
Ready to be asked.
That is what remio is built for.
Not a better notebook.
A capture layer that turns your digital life into AI-readable context.
What used to take 1 to 2 hours of manual cleanup can now become a 5 minute update flow.
This is not another AI that generates slides in poster style.
remio is here for the missing piece that keeps your real deck alive — updated, accurate, and ready to use.
Do you also spend 1 to 2 hours after every brainstorm cleaning up the discussion and pushing the latest changes back into the deck? At this point, AI agents are already powerful enough. If slide updates are still manual every time, it might means you still not find the right tool.
With remio, the workflow becomes simple:
No more manual note-taking that breaks your flow > remio records every single word.
No more wrestling with messy notes > remio surfaces AI action points in seconds.
No more hunting through slides to update them line by line > just tell remio to edit your existing .pptx.
No copy paste. No version chaos.
A real case from a remio user: before move to remio, an analyst fed a deck into another chatbot, and it read a competitor's logo as the benchmark client. 🤣
What's the worst hallucination you've seen after feeding a deck to AI:
> Misread a market share chart and got the ranking backwards
> Invented formulas and results that didn't exist
> Treated an appendix assumption as the real conclusion
What's the worst you've seen?
I gave one boring PowerPoint to eight AI products. Most of them failed.
The task was as simple as it gets: "summarize the strategy in this 2-page deck."
Here's what happened:
→ Three chat assistants (Doubao, Gemini, ima) said the file was empty and gave up.
→ Three agents (ChatGPT, Cowork, Manus) eventually got it right — but only after dozens of tool calls, custom Python scripts, and in one case 520 credits burned on a single question.
→ One (WorkBuddy) ran for 20 minutes before I cancelled it.
→ remio answered correctly in under 10 seconds.
The catch? The slides were almost entirely vector diagrams stored as WMF/EMF — an old Windows format most vision models can't read. Smart enough agents can brute-force a way through, but at real cost.
This whole experiment surfaced something I've been thinking about for a while:
The bottleneck for most AI products isn't model intelligence anymore. It's whether anyone bothered to do the unglamorous work at the file layer — the WMF, the scanned PDFs, the encrypted Office docs, the audio that doesn't even look like audio.
Stronger models keep making the headlines. But the real product differentiation is happening one layer down, in the parsing pipeline nobody talks about.
Wrote up the full investigation with screenshots from all 8 products. Link: https://t.co/BW7wz0rdDq
In consulting, nobody sends a client a Gamma link.
It's just not a deliverable.
In business, decks show up in QBRs, RFP responses, and even board meetings. That’s why a true PowerPoint file that strictly follows the brand has always been essential. MBB worked this way for decades; we’re not here to disrupt it.
The real question is 👉🏻 how do you produce a client-ready deck in minutes?
③ A self-developed rendering engine in https://t.co/VGwzv0m8X3 writes native PPTX nodes. Text, shapes, tables.
Every element is a real MS Office structure. You and also the stakeholders can edit, comment, and forward it exactly like a hand-built deck.
Not “exporting” a deck.
Let remio write you the power of point.
② remio applies your company template: fonts, colors, and structure are fully inherited.
We all know that a rigorous brand template is what signals professionalism and trust.
⭕️ New credit usage progress ring.
Credit usage is now easier to track with a visual progress ring. You can see your current consumption and remaining balance at a glance, making it simpler to manage AI usage during everyday work.
Hi everyone, remio 3.6 is live! 🎉🎉🎉
This update extends remio's memory capture 💾, content parsing 🔣, and fluid Q&A with more precise citations📝, making your AI teammate even more powerful.
🔽 Check the details below:
◀️ Collapsible sidebar for a cleaner workspace.
The left sidebar can now be collapsed when you want more room to read, write, or chat with remio. It keeps the workspace cleaner while still letting you bring navigation back whenever needed.
