الstimulants ("ايس"/كوكايين) بتسبب بارانويا و هلوسة، و لو الجرعة كبيرة ممكن تسبب ذهان.
الhallucinogens ("طوابع"/ماشروم) و الdissociatives (كيتامين/توسكان بتاع الكحة) بيسببوا سايكوسيس وقت الاستخدام، و ممكن جداً تمتد معاك.
