先再說一遍，數據中心用水來冷卻發熱的電腦晶片，水在數據中心是封閉循環，一直使用，並沒有需要大量水資源。但為什麼一直有這個假消息在傳播呢？一則是左派把AI發展，變成新的抗爭對象，一如先前的全球暖化議題一樣，而且AI還伴隨著財富集中，這個科技業常被詬病的問題，更讓左派視AI為新的敵人，只要一點和AI相關的負面消息，他們就要不斷地推送、放大。

但也許另外一個力量，更要我們注意。OpenAI昨天發佈的新聞，直指中國的惡意操作，是這些假消息的重要來源。有一個中國團隊，使用數個ChatGPT帳號，要AI產生擾亂美國社會有關AI的討論，在推特等社交媒體，製造假帳號，散播假新聞，如開頭講的用水問題，甚至用ChatGPT來自動化這個過程。這是OpenAI捉到的中國認知作戰操作，那一定有更多不是使用ChatGPT的操作，或是沒被捉到的，而且中國網軍認知作戰的目標，也一定不只有關數據中心。

為什麼中國要阻礙美國AI數據中心的��建？是中國怕美國超前太多？還是共產黨認為可以藉此擾亂美國社會？你看，現在不正造成了家庭的悲劇了？但不管如何，共產黨想破壞的東西，一定是對美國、對台灣好的東西。你還不趕快來支持AI的發展？
