The fix isn't delegation.

Delegation without decision rights is just a permission system wearing a leadership costume.

Three things must change:

• Decision rights
• Domain boundaries
• Escalation triggers

Build those three.

The SPOF disappears.

No back-channels. No exceptions. Non-compliance gets you fired.

The byproduct was AWS.
