@pxw13 IBB was proposed by the league this year. I won’t comment on how the PA embraced it or not. I can only say that IBB has never been the case in my experience. Traditional, hard nosed bargaining tactics have been used employed by the league for my entire time in the league (05-21)

@pxw13 Hi Paul, I was a member of the executive for a few years and can confirm that this term was used by the commissioner year after year. However, the commissioner is just the messenger… he is the voice for the board of governors and doesn’t have a seat at the bargaining table.
