A client was hit with a target letter. Government offer was plea to a felony which would expose client to incarceration and job loss. Yesterday the government closed the case with no charges. Happy client and a big win.
Now you can see how easy it is for LEO to lie to your faces when there is undeniable evidence to the contrary being circulated 24/7 to your TVs and your phones.
