Rename The Crow

In today's progressive society there's no place for prejudice terms. The naming of black birds is an obvious nod to Jim Crow Laws. #RenameTheCrow

"The Birds", a horror movie depicting crows as blood thirsty killers, came out in 1963. The same year MLK gave his I have a dream speech.

@MurkaDurkah Your silence on crows is torturous.

[Rename The Crow @RenameTheCrow]

@MurkaDurkah Please acknowledge the irrefutable evidence of the use of crows as a racist device. I have outlined many of the points in my tweets. #RenameTheCrow

[Rename The Crow @RenameTheCrow]

@MurkaDurkah Your "progressive" podcast has never once mentioned the mistreatment of crows.

The evidence that crows are used to mirror African Americans is irrefutable. Yet no one speaks up against their offensive name.

Political correctness should have no limits. So long as it offends someone we should be conscience of what we say and do. #RenameTheCrow

[Rename The Crow @RenameTheCrow]

Do you think the name of the crow should be changed to an appropriate name which does not offend minorities?

[Rename The Crow @RenameTheCrow]

Crows are used as symbols of fear and death creating a negative stigma for the African-American race by their association. #RenameTheCrow

[Rename The Crow @RenameTheCrow]

Our nation needs proactive people to overcome racism. No detail can be ignored! #RenameTheCrow

[Rename The Crow @RenameTheCrow]

@peta The image of the crow has been disgraced by its discriminatory name. It must be changed for the sake of both the bird and humanity.
