@bonzerecovs okie yeah!! and hmmm it's good to be healthy but it's easy to classify things as good or bad based on that. so maybe instead u could try to just be more mindful of what u eat, and tru to enjoy what you eat to the fullest
@bonzerecovs and also also remeber you're still young and you're still growing!! let your body be what it needs to be, you don't haveto fight it !! <3
@bonzerecovs hm yeah i get you ☹️☹️ you just have to be rly rly careful and not let it spiral into more things. at the end of the day remember you Can just buy new clothes, it's okay and worth it. and it's not wrong for your body to change. +
@bonzerecovs that makes sense !!! and yeah don't count or use numbers it sucks ass. just eating more mindfully and more filling meals like u said is probs the way to go. and if you ever start feeling bad abt this plz plz message me!! i care abt u
coming back here one more time to say this is my one year anniversary of recovery! it's had it's challenges, but im a million times happier and more fulfilled than i ever was with my ed. today i hung out with my friends, and ate some icecream afterwards to celebrate <3
hey everyone, ive thought about this for a bit and i think it's time to leave this account :") im at a point where food and recovery and my ed rarely enter my thoughts and im happy about that. edtwt and recoverytwt have both been a very comforting space for me, thank you so much
this acc is practically dead since i don't have much to say on it anymore, but that's okay :D that means my recovery has gone well enough that eating doesn't even take up a big chunk of my mind
@loafcakeyumz nono it's not extreme hunger, it's just whenever i go longer than usual without eating i feel this way (i also have low blood pressure which also add to the weakness n stuff)
