Let me reintroduce myself (properly this time).
About two months ago, I joined Rovia as a Founding Designer Intern.
Rovia works in the RSU space, and being one of the first designers in the room has pushed me in unexpected ways.
Before this, I worked in 3D animation. Now I’m deep in fintech product design, learning fast and building things that actually help people.
The learning curve has been steep, but the growth has been real.
If you’re into fintech, product design, or just care about craft, I’d love to connect.
we're a fintech startup and our designs are too good for how early-stage we are.
we'd like to keep it that way.
hiring a Motion & Visual Designer to make money look beautiful. real ownership, ships fast, no corporate nonsense.

@Danielwright_UX I would say something along the lines of conveying trustworthiness of the product, knowing what needs to be declutterred and whitespace
as a product designer, my job is to simplify complexity.
here's a screen i designed for rovia's 1% campaign.
the idea: holding equity → earning from it.
that one shift defined everything. the copy. the visual. the feeling.
"Your equity is earning."
clean. minimal. quiet.
it ended up becoming the core of the campaign.
happy to share the full thing if you're interested
