My intuition is SO crazy. I can literally have no evidence of what's going on but still know there's something going on behind my back & I'm always right😭
One of the best things you can do for yourself in adulthood, is to learn how to leave things alone.
Just leave it alone. Situations, people, whatever it is, leave it alone.
Emotional intelligence isn’t negotiable. I shouldn’t have to explain kindness, accountability, or respect. Those are the basics. If you can’t take responsibility for your actions or hold space for how I feel, we’ll never align. Love can’t grow where maturity is missing. I’m not here to raise you. I’m here to connect deeply.
People who don't plug their phones in before bed and just wake up and continue their day with the phone being at 29 percent or lower are you okay mentally?
Girl to girl: Emotionally unavailable men will ruin you, btw. Stay away from nonchalant men who lack affection and compassion especially if you're a very loving girl.
My therapist said something that hasn’t left me:
People living with anxiety and depression often don’t remember much, not because their lives lacked meaning, but because they were busy surviving moment to moment. When you’re in survival mode, you’re not fully present… and when you’re not fully present, memories don’t really stick.
And yeah… that hit me.
Stop giving men so much power over your emotions. If your mood shifts every time he acts different, texts late, or doesn’t show up how you need him to that’s too much control in someone else’s hands.
If he’s not consistent. If he’s not stepping up. If he’s not meeting the standard you clearly communicated. Let him go. It’s really that simple.
Yes, being alone can feel uncomfortable at first. Silence can feel loud when you’re used to chaos. But staying attached to someone who isn’t aligned with you is worse. All it does is waste your time and delay what’s actually meant for you.
You can’t be afraid of loneliness and expect growth at the same time. Sometimes elevation requires separation. Focus on yourself. Level up quietly. Pour your energy back into you. Build your life so full that no one inconsistent can shake it. The right person won’t make you question your worth. And until then, remember you’re the prize.🥹🫵🏾
