A tale of customer service purgatory: on @wirecutter’s rec we bought a @MieleUSA dishwasher from @AJMadison in early Jan. Their delivery service installs and it promptly leaks all over the floor.

The worst 2 weeks of my life happened 7 years ago.
I was 18 weeks pregnant when my fetus screened positive for Trisomy 18. It took 2 weeks for the confirmatory test to return.
If confirmed, my child would likely die in utero or within days of birth, yet
