@MsAldenLibrary On my walk today in the Saratoga State Park, I saw a tree with a knot in it. Inside the knot was a stuffed animal. It reminded me of our book this year, The Wishtree. I plan to go back tomorrow to add my wish to that knot. 🤞🏼it comes true! (Best of luck finding a book!)
Teachers don’t always need a new strategy, a new activity, or a new resource. Sometimes… what they need is some encouragement. They need to be reminded that they are professionals, that they are good at what they do, and that what they are doing every day really does matter.
Merry Christmas, everyone.
Wish I had something more uplifting but ... it's been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year for so many, this is all I got: It's. almost. over.
Hold your loved ones close and let's please make it a better 2021. ❤️🙏
My class loves our mindfulness time. The strategies we are using to manage stress, anxiety and daily interactions has been extremely positive, which is reflective in our classroom community.
