The issue with EARN has been going on for a long time. There have been concerns about the way she handled GemFot before, and some of her actions (the mistreatment toward Fot) even led to fans shading and hating on Gem.

What made things worse was that when fans tried to communicate their concerns, she didn’t seem to listen and even blocked many fans on Instagram. Eventually, Fourth got a new manager, and now she only handles Gem. But honestly, there are still so many concerns about how Gem’s schedule and work are being managed.

There have been times when Gem himself joked that he barely got to see fans because he “didn’t have a job” and was basically jobless, but then suddenly his schedule became incredibly packed.

After the fancon in Macau, for example, Gem needs to leave early for SF. There was also the Live House situation and several other instances that made fans question how his schedule is being arranged. So no, this isn’t about demanding fanservice or asking for “shipping moments.” Fans have been concerned about his management. That’s the actual issue. But don’t blame fans to criticize her more because that seating position in car bcs it’s really questionable
