They moved to Virginia so she could go to William & Mary LAW SCHOOL.

This past June, eight months pregnant and studying for the bar, she took her boy Sam on their usual bike ride to the pond.

When they got home, he asked to walk back for more feathers.

Just a half-mile walk home on a sidewalk with ten feet of grass between him and the road.

Two crosswalks he'd used hundreds of times, inside a gated neighborhood with 24-hour security and a 25 mph speed limit.

She said yes, and she made lunch.

A stranger saw a kid walking and called security.

The guard marched Sam home and told this 5-year-old that his mommy did something wrong

His mother says it "scared the crap out of him."

Then the guard called the cops. Then the cop called backup.

Within minutes: THREE police cars. Three officers. A security vehicle. Two CPS workers. All at one mother's front door.

For a kid walking home on a sidewalk

CPS told her husband, "a 5-year-old child can never be unsupervised."

Never. Not for one minute. Not in a gated community. Not on a sidewalk.

That is the government's position on YOUR children.

They put her on the child abuse and neglect registry.

Seven years.

They charged her with "contributing to the delinquency of a minor."

A charge meant for parents who let their kids do drugs and skip school.

Last week, a judge convicted her and she got six months in jail, suspended and a permanent criminal record.

She can likely never volunteer at her kids' school again.

She may never be allowed to practice law.

What are we doing here????

12 DAYS OF BENGHAZI:

DAY 1

Before September 11, 2012, Benghazi was already giving us warning after warning.

This didn’t just come out of nowhere.

Western facilities were being targeted. Diplomats were being attacked. Extremist groups were operating throughout the area, and the security situation kept getting worse.

On April 6, an explosive was thrown over the wall of the U.S. compound.

A few days later, a UN convoy was attacked.

The Red Cross was hit with RPGs.

Then came June 6.

I was in Benghazi that night, sitting at the CIA Annex watching the cameras when the call came in that the U.S. consulate was under attack.

There were only 2 DS security personnel at the consulate that night.

As soon as the call came in, I initiated our SOP.

Wake everybody up, Gear up, Get the vehicles ready.

We had already told the 2 guys at the consulate that if something happened to them, we had their back.

We were their quick reaction force. (QRF)

We normally had ourselves ready to move in about 5 minutes. That night we were ready within roughly 5 to 10 minutes. It was around 3:30 a.m. local time in Benghazi

Then Bob stopped us.

He told us to stand down. Still wasn’t the 1st time either.

Not “wait.”

Not “hold for a minute.”

Stand down!

And yes, I remember the words.

He told us we were not going and that he would call 17Feb and have them handle it.

It’s the Team Leaders that make the decision and difference…

Meanwhile, an explosive had just blown roughly a 9-by-12-foot hole through the exterior wall of the U.S. compound. Official reports later documented the attack and said the Omar Abdul Rahman Brigade claimed responsibility, although that claim was never substantiated.

Thankfully, nobody was killed that night.

But look at what had just happened. An American compound had been attacked again.

The wall had been blown open and there were only 2 security personnel there. Read that again!

An American security team was sitting nearby, geared up and ready to move.

And we were told to stand down.

That was June 6, 2012.

97 days before September 11.

And that wasn’t the only warning.

We were also seeing AQ activity in and around Benghazi.

Reports were coming in about sightings, locations and activity.

There were people whose job was to help locate and track those networks through intelligence collection, including electronic communications and signal gathering.

And if Bob found out we were taking people out specifically to help locate or track AQ activity, he would stop us from doing it.

The threat was there.

The intelligence was there.

The attacks were already happening.

And people on the ground were trying to understand what was developing around us.

I know some of you were expecting me to do this as a podcast or video series.

I just don’t have the time this year to put that together the way I would want to.

So for the next 12 days, I’m going to tell you pieces of this story that most people have probably never heard.

Some of it is documented in government records. Some of it has been uncovered since.

And some of it I know because I was standing there when it happened.

In April, I warned that Democrats were building a “stolen 2026 election” narrative. I specifically named Senator Richard Blumenthal as one of the people preparing it.

Five months later, who releases the anonymous USPS “whistleblower” report claiming Trump is sabotaging the election?

Norm Eisen’s Democracy Playbook, his 178-page guide to removing elected governments, describes the exact sequence in Section 1.1.C, “Judicial and Prosecutorial Independence and Rule of Law.”

It recommends that federal prosecutors and agents:

- Remain in their government positions.
- Engage in legally protected whistleblowing.
- Take information directly to members or committees of Congress.
- Use the press and litigation.
- Combine “public and private activities” to undermine the government in power.

That is precisely what happened.

A government insider remained embedded. An anonymous disclosure was routed to Blumenthal. Blumenthal released it. The media amplified it. Eisen incorporated it into multiple court filings that same day.

I did not connect these dots afterward. I published the warning five months earlier and named the senator who would become the central conduit.

These people openly tell us exactly how they intend to propagandize the American people, manipulate our institutions, and secure permanent communist rule.

Jennifer Griffin has long appeared to me to be a tool of the deep state & numerous sources over the years have come to me about this. But I always thought it was a real mark of her character that she was a source for a WaPo hit piece on me when I was at 60 Minutes & they came after me for my Benghazi reporting. Right before the hit piece came out, it was Halloween & I was with my young children “trick or treating” in the neighborhoods around our DC home. I ran into Jennifer that night & we spoke - the one person I saw who knew me & would have immediate access to reporters. Amazingly, the next day the article quoted an anonymous source as describing me dressed like a stripper when out with my kids for Halloween. Actually My four-year-old daughter had asked me to be the Pink Power Ranger because my children loved that show so that’s what I was - for them. And I was wearing some standard Power Ranger pink & white one piece from Walmart. It was such a personal attack that had literally nothing to do with my work. So small.
Then when I was reporting at Fox News on the disastrous Afghan betrayal/withdrawal, she complained about me to the “front office” & I was notified by my agent.

Bet someone out there can shed some light on this.

A family member transferred a large amt of money related to a house payment from his regular bank to Fidelity where it needed to be wired the following week.
The money left his checking account the day he made the transfer (meaning it wasn't available for him to use).
But weeks went by and Fidelity wouldn't clear it to be used.
When he finally called Fidelity, they said that due to a general pattern of increase in fraud (not related to him), it was holding onto transfers longer before releasing them, but they couldn't give a time frame (a month? a year?).
In the end, the money was cleared after six weeks.
The man was prevented from accessing his own money for any reason for six weeks, without advance notice given.

I see numerous problems with this:

1. The Fidelity website still said transfers were typically cleared in 1-3 days. There was no warning to people that they wouldn't be able to get their money for an undetermined amount of time, let alone many weeks.

2. The money was *somewhere* for those weeks: it just wasn't available for the customer who owned it. Someone was collecting interest on it. Multiply this by how many people they're doing that to...

3. Something stinks: This customer had been with Fidelity for many years with no fraud involved in his accounts. In today's electronic age, if there was real concern, Fidelity could confirm in an instant with the bank that the money was good.

I advised him to try to take it up with someone in a position of authority but he just kept getting the same answer: "due to general increase in fraud, this is what we're doing...". When he insisted on filing a complaint about the lack of notice and the credibility gap in general, they told him to write a snail mail letter to some corporate address, and he sent me a copy. It was a good letter, but nobody ever bothered to reply.

I, too, have noticed similarly oddly long (and I think unjustifiable) delays.

Another family member transferred cash from her checking account to fund her Shopify account and, again, the money was gone from her checking in that moment (not available to her).

But it was listed as "pending" on Shopify for a week, which seems like too long.

Madeline Amy Sweeney knew the plane had been hijacked. Instead of panicking, she started gathering information.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, the 35-year-old American Airlines flight attendant was working aboard Flight 11, a Boeing 767 traveling from Boston to Los Angeles.

Not long after takeoff, something was terribly wrong.

The cockpit stopped responding.

Passengers were being attacked.

Crew members were injured.

The aircraft was no longer under the control of its pilots.

As chaos unfolded around her, Sweeney managed to connect to an American Airlines operations center using an Airfone. On the other end was supervisor Michael Woodward.

What followed would become one of the most important eyewitness accounts from inside a hijacked aircraft.

Sweeney didn't waste precious moments focusing on her own fate.

Instead, she began relaying information.

Carefully.

Clearly.

Methodically.

She described the men who had taken over the plane.

She gave their seat assignments.

She reported injuries among passengers and crew.

She explained that a passenger had been stabbed.

Every detail mattered.

Even as she faced the reality that she might never leave the aircraft alive, she continued feeding information to authorities.

According to later accounts, Woodward was struck by how calm and composed she remained. Her voice was steady. Her descriptions were precise.

Then she provided information that would later prove critical to investigators.

She identified Mohamed Atta as one of the hijackers and supplied details about the others involved.

As Flight 11 headed toward New York City, Sweeney stayed on the line, continuing to report what she could see.

At 8:46 a.m., the plane slammed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center.

Everyone on board was killed.

Sweeney was just 35 years old.

The information she provided during those final minutes became some of the earliest and most valuable evidence available to investigators trying to understand what had happened.

She couldn't regain control of the aircraft.

She couldn't stop the hijackers.

She couldn't save herself.

But she could help others understand what was unfolding.

And she did.

Until the very end.

And when they get their next political window, they ram the changes through. They stack the new Court with Bowie and Matz and the rest. And then they use that remade Court to write their policy preferences into constitutional law forever. Abortion as a constitutional right. Federal control of elections as a constitutional mandate. Open borders, "disinformation" speech regulation, no voter ID anywhere, all locked in as constitutional law. Once that happens, no Republican Congress, no Republican president, no Republican election can undo it.
