Worst #customerservice ever received from @VirginAtlantic . Cancelled my flight, refused to rebook me connection to my original destination. Cost me $800 extra to sort my own connection. Not responding to complaint. Never flying them again
@HMRCcustomers Please can you provide an actual email for someone who can help me with getting my UTR. Providing them info that I've registered online and tried multiple times. All the other emails I've been directed are also saying "this isn't their job" "wrong dept"
@HMRCcustomers I didn't come to Twitter as my first option, I came to it as my last. And all you're doing is spinning me around in a circle so I'm back at square one. I just want to pay my taxes and just need my UTR so I can start that process.
@HMRCcustomers The chat is a pointless "option" as it tells you to come back and check - as if we can just be checking all day in the hopes that it's available?
@HMRCcustomers no one ever answers on any of those lines (I know because I've tried multiple times), and after being on hold for 45-60+ minutes, I get directed to another dept which is always the wrong dept and then get no support.
@HMRCcustomers It's already been a few weeks. Do I just keep waiting since *I* have done all I can now? HMRC kept me from filing on time so how will I be excused for the late penalty?
@HMRCcustomers I just got yet ANOTHER email that says I need to be passed to another dept.Has no other info. Just a link, which takes me to the registration page. I've done that 3x time just to see if I get a different result. It doesn't.

@HMRCcustomers I'm self employed and need to pay my taxes? Is there any other reason? HMRC is making it incredibly difficult to do so. The deadline is looming and I can't even give you my money because no one seems to help or can get my UTC to me to begin the process.
@HMRCcustomers I'm American so don't have a UK Passport or the req proof of identity. Unable to find any way to get in touch with HMRC, numbers are busy, on hold for over an hour, web chat says to come back later, tech support says this isn't their job, phonetext # doesn't work

@ChaseSupport for a credit card i pay a huge annual fee and made for those who travel, you need to rethink your customer service approach. most countries outside of the US don't allow dialing into a 1-800 number so trying to get help
breaks the price point we get the flight for. and when i finally get a hold of a CS agent and letting her know i CAN'T dial an 800 number bc I'm outside of the country and that is the only solution she has for me then??? There has to be better and faster
