everyone is overcomplicating building a faceless youtube channel. here is the method i used to hit $6,000/month. it takes 40 minutes and has never been complicated.

step 1:
go to youtube. search your niche. sort by most watched past month. you're not looking at production quality. you're reverse engineering the script, hook, thumbnail, title. every viral moment is a template.

step 2:
copy the script structure. if you have the script, you have the #1 asset. use vidIQ to extract it, use pixabay + capcut to build the video.

step 3:
if editing takes 20+ mins, you're overthinking visuals. use sound effects instead. 80% of success is the hook. it decides if people stay or leave.

step 4:
thumbnail + title. use canva for thumbnail, claude for title. that's it.
