I appreciate there were consultations on the matter of home energy & heating but this was not proposed in any consultation & was slipped in by the back door.

@MacmillanArc Where does an extension on an existing property fit in regards to this legislation?

Is a stove allowed because it’s an addition to an existing dwelling or would the extension be classed as a “new build” therefore a stove is not permitted without justifying emergent use?

@markruskell This is a terrible piece of legislation destroying a well established industry employing hundreds of people across Scotland.

Many of the stoves we install are in new build homes where heat pumps simply aren’t doing the job.

Another step towards a totalitarian state.

@eflow_freeflow your system is a joke. Website not working. Two payzone shop say your payment system isn’t working either. It says on your website if a non-Irish vehicle select the field to manually enter vehicle type, there is no such field. Does no one there test anything?

Most all bars are closing at 12pm, there are massive fines for breaching closing times or social distancing with at tables in restaurants etc...
