As of today, May 23rd 2023, I am the FIRST black woman to receive a Master of Music in Double Bass Performance from the University of Maryland. 🥳

I've nearly ditched yearly planners. Here's why: 🧐

1) I get started well, but I stop using it as much by late Spring & Summer.

2) I LOVE writing tons of daily thoughts that don't always fit into those small boxes.

3) I've learned to use it as a log book AFTER the day is done.

There's a difference between meeting up with somebody and doing life together with someone.

Just had this conversarion with a close friend! 💝 She's married with 2 kids. Not me. However, WE DO LIFE TOGETHER!
