@miakcal i made a thread on this but i eat a raw food mostly fruit and some veggie +nuts + seeds and it's pretty nice. plus you feel the best and you don't have to restrict.
@alexsugarfree that's funny because i'm 5'3 and i've been eating 1,600-2,100 cals a day and i haven't gained weight. i've actually lost water weight and fat from when i was restricting.. oh, and i work out like once or twice a week 🤫.
