@policybazaar You are absolutely correct. You are advised to travel 500 more KM to get an NCB certificate, that too on working days. If it was from a local outlet it would have been smooth as butter.

@policybazaar I requested to get an NCB certificate, and I was forced to submit insurance copies from 2020 onwards; New RC, Old RC, now they are asking for some other crap. Even if the premium is on the higher side get it from local providers.

I bought an MG ZS EV this Feb 2023. TCS deducted has yet to be credited by the dealer. @MGSupportIndia keep saying they have been looking into the issue since July. I bought MG not because of the dealer. I request speedy action. @MGMotorIn @IncomeTaxIndia
