@Backstabbr It's happened to me and a player in a game I moderate, and I've heard moderators in Diplomacy leagues also recognize that happening.

There is a bug when a player gets randomly given a country, there is maybe a 10% chance that the player gets assigned to the same country in the next 3 games (could be more).
This bug has been present for a long time.

Or if at the very least you could allow rolling back to the enrolling phase of the game setup with everyone already signed up? so we can change something and retry!
