@Fascinate_Hist Last time we were there, they had just uncovered a mound, the size of a football stadium that was full of everyday townpeople, merchants, terra-cotta horses, market stalls, acrobats. They were just pulling them out so we didn’t get to see many of them and I want to go back.
@laralogan The Republican Congress has completely squandered its majority the first two years of this administration. Absolutely unbelievably incompetent. I think I speak for most of America when I say, I am thoroughly disappointed.
@JonnaMargaux@AndrewKolvet@JDVance I Volunteer at a FoodBank and every week in order to get their food, homeless people must provide ID. ; Drivers license is preferred. I always wonder about the irony of that. You need ID to get bread, but you can walk in and vote. No questions asked.
@WhiteBabyFac Just to flip this switch, I’m a boomer. My oldest daughter who is in her mid 30s and her husband just bought an enormous four bedroom multi story house. It Is enormous and it’s beautiful. They do not plan on having children. That house is for them and their dog.
@NoContextHumans They are taught to raise their hand so the driver can see where they are if they are shorter than the hood of the car. When they get to the other side, they bow out of respect.
@Milajoy You do realize that over half of what you pay at the pump are state and local taxes and fees, don’t you? It’s not the gas that’s expensive. It’s all the taxes they have piled on top of the price of gas. The federal government has almost nothing to do with that.
@lady_valor_07 Grateful Dead on a houseboat in Sausalito (they had to perform at high tide because the weight of all of us there would have grounded the boat) 😂😂
@DerrickEvans4WV Because, and I strongly suspect you know this, this man is not paying for gas. The majority of the price per gallon are taxes and fees California has placed on the gas. The price of gasoline itself and The federal government are not the problem. Your state and city taxes are.
