It's been an hour that I have placed the order, Dominoes is right under our building.There numbers are not going through , there is always a problem for their delivery hence we chose Zomato for prompt delivery alas wrong choice must say.

If I had to order directly why would've I come to Zomato. We are Zomato member not Domino members it's rude to ask customer to do a follow-up with restaurants especially when you are taking membership fee the so called Zomato Pro...And this will go on Twitter as well

Bad experience with #licious customer care.
I had ordered chicken from Licious on 3 Dec, it was delivered however one packet especially was looking stale the center one .I called up customer care spoke to Harsh, he kept me on hold and my call was disconnected.
