@SebGorka They are also the IT for the store troubleshooting any computer issues they have. They do more than just make drinks. To the nurses complaining. You get to sit more than twice in those 16 hours. Baristas do not.

@SebGorka They’re cleaning the parking lot. The bathrooms, moving inventory boxes in the back, lifting up 30-50lb rubber mats to not only mop/scrub beneath them but clean them off too. Most of the time they are allotted 15min-30min break per shift.
