Mills Creek, a village-style development with over 40 waterfront lots, is north of the dam on Smith Lake between Jasper and Cullman, AL. Renta Urban Land Design developed the entrance gates, street signs, fencing, and a woodland park to serve the residents. #RentaUrbanLandDesign

We worked with Hilltop Montessori School on a Master Plan to fit the school expansion and enlarged playground seamlessly within the environment while still meeting all regulations. Also a new gym and test kitchen were built. #RentaUrbanLandDesign #HilltopMontessoriSchool
