We've turned another renter into a homeowner.
Working with our Tamar Housing Association/ Willow Tree Housing Partnership colleagues, one of our Yeovil tenants completed on their property yesterday. They moved in with £0 deposit just five years ago, paid an affordable rent, and yesterday, helped by the 10% Rentplus gifted sum on completion, became #homeowners. We wish them lots of luck in their 'new' home.🏡

A year ago today the Regulator of Social Housing granted @RentplusHomes Regulated Provider status. Since then we have delivered our best ever TSM – tenant satisfaction measures – results, with 96% of tenants responding reporting satisfaction with the services provided by Rentplus Homes and 98% Satisfaction that Rentplus Homes listens to tenant views and acts upon them. Pretty chuffed with those results tbh.

We all agree we need more social housing but in pockets of the country there remains a dogmatic reluctance to engage with institutional investment preventing our key and essential workers from achieving their homeownership dream.
