@OlaElectric@OlaElectric my bike is lying at your service center for 3months and I am getting this message:
Critical battery level! Charge your Ola S1 (VIN: P53AUDCA8CHA04771) within 2 hours to avoid battery health degradation, which is not covered under warranty.
Who’s responsible?
@OlaElectric@OlaElectric my bike is at your service center for last three months any updates?! I have received one update on 14th March that engineers are working on it but after that no updates.
Very poor service! After 4 months in the @OlaElectric service centre, I got my bike back and next day it broke down again. It’s been 2 months bike has been sitting idle at the
Service center.
@bhash is this normal service quality?

Can you please share the status of my order placed on 5 Nov 2025?
Order ID: 408-1979480-2948304
No updates so far. Please look into this.
Quick update: after 4 months at the service centre, I finally got my bike back.
Brought it home… and now it’s not working.
Amazing efficiency.
@OlaElectric@bhash
Status after reaching home: not working.
Is this what passes as “repair”?
@OlaElectric Reason not it’s not transforming everyday ride rather add dependency by visiting and taking follow-up to service center just like I have been doing for 5months!

Order 405-9365619-2703551 placed on 30 Oct 2025.
Expected delivery: 2 Nov.
Actual delivery: late AND broken.
Replacement/refund? Still nothing.
How long am I supposed to wait for you to fix your own mistake?
Quick update: the app still says “Under Repair”, which is impressive considering the workshop has been shut for months.
@OlaElectric@bhash
Is my Ola Air being repaired by ghost technicians, or has it achieved moksha and left the material world?
Real update would be great!
@OlaElectric
Hey @bhash, my Ola Air has been enjoying its extended vacation at your (closed) service centre since 3 July 2025.
Just wondering any updates in the last five months, or should I send it a postcard to get her home!
