I voted in favor of a bill that would eliminate suspending a person’s driver’s license if convicted of crimes related to drug offenses. Returning to work and driving is imperative for those re-entering the workforce. #HB163 now awaits @GovernorTomWolf 's signature.

Last week, the Department of Homeland Security granted the commonwealth an extension on Real ID through Aug. 1, 2019. More information can be found here:

Important Real ID Update:
It has just been announced that Homeland Security has granted PA an extension on Real ID enforcement. That means there will be no restrictions to use your Pennsylvania driver's license to fly or access federal buildings through July 2019

@david_kasperek Not the first time. I pushed for the Bill and voted it out of the Judiciary committee which I'm a member of.

I've always been a supporter of domestic violence prevention.

Today I voted in support of H.B. 2060, in order to better protect victims of domestic abuse. We’re sending a strong message that domestic violence will not be tolerated in the commonwealth!
