Becoming a mentally tough athlete doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a lot of time and effort to train your mental skills. Be patient and keep working hard!
You know you’re in the growth zone when:
- things are difficult
- you’re feeling uncertain
- you’re feeling challenged
- you’re uncomfortable
- fear is present
You can’t be comfortable and grow at the same time.
