Stanley Tucci’s performance in Easy A (2010) is a big reason the film remains so endlessly rewatchable. He brings a warmth and wit to Olive’s father that turns every scene into a highlight and gives the film its heart.
David Bowie’s cameo in ZOOLANDER (2001) is the kind of joke that sounds ridiculous on paper. A supermodel walk-off needs a judge, so the movie casually brings out David Bowie and everyone accepts it without question.
Matt Damon’s EUROTRIP (2004) cameo happened because he was friends with the writers from their college days. While filming in Prague, he stopped by, shaved his head for the role, and gave the movie one of the most unforgettable cameos of the 2000s.
The end-credit cameos in THIS IS THE END (2013) feel like Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg cashing in every favor they’d ever earned in Hollywood. The movie is already stacked with surprise appearances, then the credits somehow find room for even more.
Getting There (2002) is a criminally underrated Mary Kate and Ashley movie and should/could be considered their best one. Nostalgia 10/10, 2000s-ness 10/10, cliche high school lingo 20/10. please watch if u haven't, a true classic.
