Why @endoAVF @Wavelinq Coil Emboliz of competitive outflow veins during fistula maturation should be last resort. Rt R Art -Lat R Vein Endo 10 days after creation. Cephalic had 200cc/min. Perforator vein had web. Treated w 6mm cutting PTA. Cephalic at 600 cc/min. No coils needed

Went ahead and revascularized central veins. Flow through peripheral cephalic vein 500 cc/min & palpable.

Common Ulnar Artery to Lat Ulnar Vein @endoavf @wavelinq LUE fistula in elderly female with limited veins. Swelling and pain in arm 2 weeks after creation. No Contralateral AVF or AVG options.
Thoughts:
1. Close fistula. TDC for life.
2. Try to make it work.
