@C_C_Devil As for negatives, I felt a slight disconnect with the translation used for the remaster. Not sure how other versions are but there's frequent dialogue text that obviously didn't match the voiceover, awkward phrasing, and even typos that could easily be caught by any spellchecker.

Finally finished Fate/stay night after 190 hours, nearly a month straight of only reading every day.

@C_C_Devil Would have to sit on it, but immediate thoughts: very strong character writing with great moments & payoffs, which I also loved in Tsukihime. Arrangement of story pieces across routes to highlight different characters & expand backstories is a marked improvement over Tsukihime.
