@aestheticprimal Small cup of 600mg aspirin powder with bicarb in hot water. Mug of goat milk with collagen. Goat milk latte with a teaspoon of cacao and pinch of rhodiola. 4 eggs soft boiled, bowl of fruit. Finish off with a mug of white tea
@HealthyAlfred@OAwesome68279 is it chewing the gum or digesting the gum that has the effect? does reusing the gum and chewing the same one lower the effect?
@C02isG00D Yeah,I have to go extraction for my own peace of mind rly.Even he wasn’t keen on me just redoing the crown. So it’s a full re RC and looking over my shoulder or walk into the sunset w/one less tooth. He said my bite wouldn’t be affected
@C02isG00D He was mainly talking about other areas of the mouth being in a worse state. It’s possible that the midnight aspirin, plus generally fruit heavy peat lifestyle could be contributing. Made me wanna take more care there
@C02isG00D Haha yeah, bit odd. However it has made me reassess how I consume aspirin.I’ve been having it in hot goat milk with glycine, some aspirin is often in the froth which I eat with a spoon. I’ve been having these in be night too. Seems the acidity of it direct on teeth’s not good.
@C02isG00D Tempted to remove because I’ve been in 80+ CRP for years now and very debilitating inflammation, and if there’s even a chance that that’s the cause, I’ll never know unless i remove it.
@C02isG00D Mines kind of inconclusive. Had the cbct scan and there’s definitely some low grade infection under the crown but he said the root canal itself was in good condition. But he couldn’t guarantee that bacteria hadn’t got into the root canal that would cause problems later…..
