@Neva_Lackin@somelikeaghost@NotriousIED@JakeWilliakkqx Not how the law works. ๐ญ
The fleeing robber acted and committed armed robbery, and then turned and killed the victim. Thatโs felony murder in all jurisdictions. If the victim caught the robber, and killed the perpetrator, then it would be a different story.
25 to life dorks
@42WarShip@jayoosav@JakeWilliakkqx The robber turned and killed the victim. In almost all jurisdictions that is classified felony murder.
The death wasnโt accidental/was the killer scared for his life. They committed armed robbery, and killed the victim. Very big difference.
Go read a book, please.
Happy Memorial Day and Championship Monday! ๐ฅ #ncaamlax#collegelacrosse
I have a 9-to-1 ticket placed on the Princeton Tigers to win the National Championship, so I love where we are at. ๐
Notre Dame +1.5 is my official pick today. โ๏ธ
Letโs have an incredible Monday afternoon, gentlemen! ๐
Princeton -1.5. โ

Being an Upstate New Yorker, the Syracuse L hurts. It might be a closing call for the Orange and a Memorial Day run.
Good morning, boys, and Happy Final Four for the menโs college lacrosse season! ๐ฅ #ncaamlax#collegelacrosse
I have a future bet on the Tigers to win it all, so I am rolling with Princeton today. ๐

Letโs have a great Saturday, fellas! ๐
@BeatinTheBookie BTB, whatโs up, man!
Question for you, I caught your livestream about a week or ago where you were chopping it up, talking sports.
I know how busy the schedule is, but do you see yourself doing more of that? ๐ช
Great question! The university's athletic development staff primarily handles fundraising for Division I lacrosse, which operates in close partnership with specific booster clubs and the head coaching staff.
I wouldnโt say a parent had enough pull, money, or say to get a coach of Lars Tiffany's caliber fired. If so, the UVA athletic director needs some help.
@Krug_37 I love it! I gave you a follow, floorpins. Always nice to bust chomps on a Friday.
And, thatโs US slang. Didnโt realize the Brits got down like that. ๐
Hereโs some food for thought, since the Twitter lacrosse community wonโt put this story to rest. ๐ฅ #ncaamlax#collegelacrosse
Regarding the Lars and UVA situation, my guess is the AD left him and the team out to dry, including the non-revenue coaches whom Lars had to pay out of pocket. You canโt be a head coach of a premier program and expect to handle your team's fundraising. Also, for our Twitter lacrosse โjournalistsโ and bigger profiles, asking current and past program players for โreportsโ isnโt the way to go about it. Of course, past players and current players will shit on the guy if they donโt/didn't touch the field.
Other than that, letโs have a great Memorial Day weekend! ๐
Fundraising has been a massive talking point and issue for UVA lacrosse. That shift occurred with the recent leadership changes in the athletic department.
Iโve heard, not officially, just sources I know, that Tiffany's departure stemmed from increasing financial demands from both alumni and donors, and caused some turmoil with funding and scholarships.
Also, this is not significant, but UVAโs athletic director came from an SEC school, where she had never watched a lacrosse game before. Itโs hard to have backing if the AD isn't supportive of the program, especially with alums and donors breathing down the department's neck for more success and money.
