May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13

@ehking777 Maybe. Yes. But I do love research & learning new things

[Gynger @repunzel777]

@ehking777 Also worth mentioning, my favorite moment of Trouble With the Curve, is when the older scout, Clint Eastwood, has a player's mom brought in. Because statically that specific player played better when/ after he'd seen his mom. It was a balance of player vs stats.

[Gynger @repunzel777]

@ehking777 If you have any aspect of the paper that could fit in a "here's my fake & forced apology", then yeah, include it. Maybe referencing apathy towards players as individuals vs higher concern for the outcome of the stats?

[Rev. Benjamin Cremer @Brcremer]

Our public witness as Christians should make people say, “look at the power of their love,” not “look at how much they love power.”

[Andy Stanley @AndyStanley]

When church leaders grow comfortable with save-America rhetoric that alienates some Americans, they are derelict in their duty. When pastors and churches intentionally or unintentionally subjugate winning people to winning elections, they’ve already lost.
Even if they win.

Great explanation!

[WheatNOil @WheatNOil]

The mRNA vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna) are kind of brilliant at a science level. I’ve had a few people in my real non-Twitter life ask me to explain how it works so I’m going to try my best here in this thread while I’m waiting for a patient to show.

[Gynger @repunzel777]

@ehking777 You're an odd duck

[Gynger @repunzel777]

@Lunceford13 I eloped & was married on a Thursday. It happened to be April 1st. No joke here, tho. 21 years this last anniversary!

[Beth Moore @BethMooreLPM]

I was about to go on & on in a drawn-out thread what I can say in 4 words:

Read Scripture every day.

Make time to say to the world, to every newsfeed, to social media, to all the incessant talkers, balkers & barkers AND to your own echo chamber,

Everybody shut up but Jesus.

[Gynger @repunzel777]

@simoncholland You know they sell them online, right?
Prepare yourself for the ended pics.
