I think YouTube is recommending old content simply to scrub the disks on advertiser's dollar (or something equally mundane). Either way, enjoying the hits!
I released my work on lsmtk, a new log-structured-merge graph capable of achieving less than 6.5x write amplification with bounded read and write amplification in the single digits.

I wrote up setsum, a checksum for set membership.

Looking for feedback on what people may want to see in the evaluation.

@3blue1brown’s video on group theory’s monster (https://t.co/KOg34zBVSs) helped me clarify some of the ideas within my setsum paper (https://t.co/sHCvW3jN5k).
A checksum over a set of strings? Yes, please!
I’m starting to open up what I’ve been working on. Starting with prototk for Rust: https://t.co/S1y30D7byC
#[derive(Debug, Default, Message)]
enum Error {
#[prototk(278530, message)]
UnknownServerName {
#[prototk(1, string)]
name: String,
},
}
Three years ago a manic episode derailed my life. Today I’m starting the journey to help others like myself so neurodivergent conditions don’t have to be a death sentence. Read about how to catch a manic episode here: https://t.co/BzSj211Fr6 #bipolar#mania
Would anyone be able to point me to a method for inserting the graph of a normal distribution when I have mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis?
I signed up for @ProtonMail visionary status and was so happy to see that replying from a catchall replies from the address to which the user sent mail and not the address the mail falls into.
All that remains is to subtract 33 from this function and solve for the zeroes to find the points in time where the car was accelerating at the requested speed.
Until just before writing this post I didn't understand why one would want to find where a mathematical function is zero. It's all over the place in high school math classes and yet the intuition for it just didn't stick for me. Until I considered this example:
All that one would have to do, then, is watch the speedometer continuously and take the derivative of that measurement to find a function of acceleration.
