An excellent leaving blog from Dr Ian Levy. I may not agree with a few parts :) but he makes so very many good points and so clearly. Together with @ciaranmartinoxf and @0xChich he made NCSC the world leader it is today. Looking forward to his next steps. https://t.co/4nhRi9kImW

This is ridiculous- these purifiers cost 6x higher than regular ones that are far more extensively used across the globe. It's completely scandalous. For the amount being paid to Dyson (!), they could be making 6x the number of classrooms safer than they are. Why aren't they?
Guessing these prices exclude VAT. If so, the Blast air purifier is similar to Dyson in price but a whopping 890m3/hr, Airflow 2000m3/hr, max noise 51dB
Completely agree. I have been taking part in CEN/CENELEC meetings this week. Working with others is the only way! Ignoring the world, denying facts, claiming to be special, and to not need others, leads to disaster for the country, our trade, and our young people.
UK's continued membership of European technical standards bodies confirmed. Entirely sensible and a sign of what should be possible, of choosing our relationship based on national interest not ideological hostility. https://t.co/1YFJEXP1Bu
@DavidHowey We worried initially because we really liked the controllability of our gas hob but in practice the induction hob is great for controllability, and ease of cleaning. Took a while to get gas meter removed though!
