@ZivGanOr@JensSchwamborn I know it's a limitation of the point you are trying to make in the question. But there's also been many drugs that work in vitro (human or mouse) that don't cross the blood brain barrier, or for other reasons don't work in vivo (human or mouse).
@ZivGanOr@JensSchwamborn Yup. I completely accept that point. And I'm sure that organoids are essential for finding new and better treatments. But in your hypothetical question you haven't ever tried it in an animal, so you have no idea how much or little of it will kill the human you are trying to save.
