Had a 737 MAX scare moment on @Delta Flt 1530 last night. Without notice the aircraft dropped nearly 20,000 feet in 3 minutes. Only after did the pilot come on to explain a cabin pressure issue. Poor judgment call! Longest 3 minutes ever! Relived 911 needlessly!

@AskAmex I lost my trust in Amex today after 34 years as a loyal customer. Their solution mindset is still in the '90's where one solution is good for all. What happened to customization leverage from Big Data, AI, and ML? Their mgrs are given limited options. Very disappointed.
