There should be no Reservation at all in any field at any level.

Only Merit should be the only criteria

If someone is poor or disadvantaged, Give him free education but not Reservations of any kind whatsoever.

Proposal: A Public Scholarship and Career Support Trust for General Category (GC) Students

Since I have seen no party in India supporting General Category (GC) students, and all political parties are encouraging more reservations, even in the private sector, I believe the BJP is no longer the Atal Bihari Vajpayee-era BJP. The real OGs have gone from the BJP, and now it does not seem to care about the country's progress.

I propose creating a public fund/scholarship trust for GC students to support their studies abroad or help them search for jobs abroad. I know many GCs all over the world who would contribute financially and provide referrals for deserving candidates.

The fund should be public and managed by a committee responsible for disbursing the money. It should have complete transparency, with open records of all inflows and outflows. The fund can be used to help deserving GC students in the following ways:

If they are unable to secure admission to colleges or jobs in India, and they have an offer letter from a foreign university but lack the financial resources, the GC Fund can help them pursue their studies abroad and eventually settle there.

The fund can offer scholarships for vocational and language courses such as German, Korean, and Japanese.

As Congress and the BJP are looking to increase reservations in the private sector, I believe many MNCs may eventually move out of India because businesses need merit to grow and make profits. They are here to compete and succeed. If this continues, India may eventually suffer economically. If GC students are excluded from opportunities for growth, many may see no point in staying here. It is sad to see our country moving in this direction.
