‼️An FIR has been filed against us in the GC Movement (formerly Reservation Reform) by Neha Lal Das ‼️

From ground protests to house arrest, from awareness campaigns to raising voices on issues like Rohit Vemula and UGC we have always spoken what we believe is right, without supporting any particular political party.

I do not yet have complete information about the FIR. However, based on my understanding, I am not involved in the claims being made.

The UGC issue and the GC Movement have been strongly supported by members of the Brahmin community. I am a Brahmin this is well known. On Parashuram Jayanti our special day my mother was abused by a group.

Even after that, I chose to continue my work calmly.

Now, with an FIR filed against me, I will respond through proper legal means.

This is the primary information I have at the moment. I will share updates as more details become available.

आज मेरे आवास पर मेरी और जितेन्द्र सिंह जी की UGC Rollback सवर्ण महापंचायत समिति के संस्थापक राज शैखावत (राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष,क्षत्रिय करणी सेना) तथा उनके प्रतिनिधि मंडल डॉ. शुभांशु सिंह राजपूत, राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, समृद्ध सनातन संघ, आर. के. सिंह, आई टी सेल अध्यक्ष, अखिल भारतीय क्षत्रिय महासभा, एडवोकेट डॉ. संगीता सिंह, राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष (महिला प्रकोष्ठ), क्षत्रिय करणी सेना तथा एडवोकेट हिमांशु शर्मा, कानूनी सलाहकार, सवर्ण महापंचायत समिति के साथ बातचीत हुई। इस बैठक में उनकी ओर से उठाये गए विषयों पर सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में चर्चा हुई और सरकार उनके मांगों पर न्यायसंगत विचार करेगी। हम आने वाले तीन सप्ताह में पुनः इनके साथ बैठक करेंगे। राज शैखावत तथा उनके प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने 20 सितम्बर 2026 की महापंचायत को स्थगित करने का निर्णय लिया है।
