@TheBillAllan Cause the whole Studio Ghibli style isnt really a culture and more of an atheistic/style ? From what I have seen this person is claiming it is a whimsical D&D setting not a Japanese/Far-east D&D setting.
Oriental Adventure was marketed as a literal add a far-east to your D&D
@Hasbro doesnt want Malaysians seeing this @wizards_magic page I guess
Guess they are just homophobic and transphobic AF and pretend ( aka Rainbow Capitalism )

@TheBorgerQueen@memeslich Did you try the starter set yet? I felt it was really trying to emulate the mmo it's based off too much by focusing on Combat and not much the roleplay part. ( For our group when we playtested )
@fmtoday I think people are just more concern about how the justice system seems to be two tiered where it is one for elites and politicians and the other for poor people and those with no connections.
@AgentJohnWayne@AjiKamprett@malaysiakini Well from Wikipedia

@MilliganMattD@wizards_magic Sure let go take the Sanskrit meaning without context and say it is the most common. I am sure that is the most common language spoken in India right ?
Since you using Sankrit, Krishna should mean dark too not just black, and he is mostly portrayed as blue. Are you even Indian?
@MilliganMattD@wizards_magic I know only a handful of Indian languages ( the plane this set is based on ) so in Hindi/Tamil/Urdu/Punjabi it doesn't means land of time.
I mean this is like making a plane based of Japan and naming it something which is derogatory.
Moving forward making changes is fine.
@AzalyZeldin@AnselmoNWS@wizards_magic I know the language and black is used as a negative meaning (sometimes even derogatory) when used as a suffix or prefix.
