It’s interesting when you research UK Foreign Aid. The issue of 0.7 per cent of Gross National Income (GNI) starts to ‘unpick’ when you analyse country contributions. Some of the most ‘powerful’ and fastest growing economies e.g. BRIC countries who receive aid contribute least?
