@JamesMelville They will offer nothing except tax cuts for the rich, U.S style private healthcare with all the administrative/personal bankruptcy horrors that come with that & thick, Trump style goon MPs like this character. He might be in parliament soon. Writing laws!

@KemiBadenoch@Conservatives Then they'll just leave, you know like you keep saying the millionaires will if we demand they pay the same tax as us. The difference being Doctors actually will go. Millionaires just pretend.
@PolitlcsUK@Telegraph Implausible and impossible to implement. Does it include so called "side hustles" most people's 'overtime' is another job. Also, most salaries aren't worked out hourly. You're paid a monthly wage and expected to do what's required. People totting up their hours cud be interesting
@poker_biker@DagenhamMKIII@afneil Yet, it will happen eventually. Unless you are convinced your market and fat cats will ultimately make a success of the privatisation of natural monopolies. Which of course, as initially pointed out all those years ago... can never happen. This is the natural endgame. Tick..tock
@BillPayer418997@afneil Ill remind you of that when you break your wrist and the hospital wants 5 grand before they operate. Careful what you wish for.
@sonicgdavies@DrVonSteiner@afneil And capitalist cant fathom that the natural conclusion of their religion is a few people owning everything. "Let them eat cake"
@BillPayer418997@afneil But its free at the point of use. The primary cause of personal bankruptcy in the US is unexpected healthcare costs. Coming to a hospital near you!
@BrokenBritain_7@GreasyGrassI876@DagenhamMKIII@afneil So if this time next year, the water bill is..say... ยฃ150 per month. Do we say... oh well.... we sold it, its tough... I hope the shareholders are OK. How about ยฃ200 a month? I mean you could say that'll never happen. But its gone up 60% in 3 years
@BrokenBritain_7@GreasyGrassI876@DagenhamMKIII@afneil We let them in charge of it and were taken for a ride. Consequences. Either now or later. At some point it will happen. We should be in charge of the time line.
@sonicgdavies@afneil Oh you lot.. ๐คฃ I think it's your presumptions that'll sink you ultimately. Not that it matters a jot, but I actually have one full time and two part time jobs. In the grand scheme of things, not badly paid, & I barely get by. Which is the problem obviously. But assume/snear away
