In a statement marking 1,000 days since Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, Palestinian resistance factions described Operation Al-Aqsa Flood as a natural response to Israel's actions in Gaza, the occupied West Bank, and Jerusalem.

They affirmed the Palestinian people's right to resist "by all forms" and called for an escalation of resistance in the occupied West Bank, Jerusalem, and the occupied 1948 territories.

The factions rejected any foreign guardianship over the Palestinian people, stressing that the administration of Gaza is an internal Palestinian matter. They called on the proposed technocratic administrative committee to enter the strip and begin carrying out its duties, while also urging comprehensive national dialogue to rebuild Palestinian institutions, including the PLO, on the basis of genuine political partnership.

They also called for stronger Arab and Islamic pressure to secure a comprehensive end to the war, mobilize all available leverage, activate public support, confront all forms of normalization with Israel, and paid tribute to Palestinians killed during Israel's genocidal war, particularly resistance leaders and fighters in Gaza, the occupied West Bank, the occupied interior, and across all fronts of confrontation.
