@Debenhams I'm trying to return a damaged item, the only way to speak to you is via WhatsApp. After typing my problem I'm told someone will reply, but they never do. It's been 11 days now. Each day I send a message and nothing. I've given the same information so many times

@Debenhams total let down again . Still waiting on my refund from an order I made on the 6th dec and returned my items through waiting a long process to return and they receive it and confirm payment will be made before 4th Jan no payment received . No notification I’ve sent an email no reply very poor service . I would highly advise not to shop with this company . I’m contacting my bank and reporting it as fraud ! Shameful !! I wouldn’t be surprised this shop is going into liquidation and that’s why there holding my money !

Unsurprised to check here and find post after post reporting @Debenhams for failing to provide goods, any explanation for the non delivery, or any customer service to resolve these issues. 3 separate complaints unresolved. #TradingStandards

@Debenhams getting really fed up with chasing you for my refund which has been pending since 19th December. Can’t call or email anyone and I’m at a loss as to how else to reach you. The customer service has been shocking

Ordered new luggage in your Jan sales, supposed to arrive today and instead sent a refund, we go on holiday next week and now have no luggage 😡
